Toujours dans la commune de Bambilor, le patron du Groupe avenir Communication s’est vu attribuer aussi une parcelle de 5750 M2 à Tivaoune Peulh Niaga. Acquis en 2014, à la suite de la délibération N°0004/2012 CTPN, ce terrain ne lui « confère qu’un droit d’usage et ne peut faire l’objet d’aucune vente ». Rien d’anormal, me dirait-on. Mais allait-il en être ainsi s’il était opposé au régime ?
Ce n’est pas tout. Du côté du littoral, le patron du Groupe Avenir communication y dispose d’un immense patrimoine foncier. Selon Yakham Mbaye, Directeur général du Soleil, Madiambal possède parcelle de 1 546m2 à Ouakam répartis en quatre terrains qui font 164, 180, 204 et 998 m2. Aux Almadies, l’épouse de Madiambal Diagne et gérante de la Sci Pharaon, y possède 600 m2. D’ailleurs, c’est sur ce terrain que Madiambal a décidé de construire une tour de 15 étages avec un budget de 5 milliards F CFA. Que dire de ses 3 hectares à Toubab Dialaw?
